Pointer to the surface descriptor.

The x and y order of the desired coefficient.

DESCRIPTION
GSGCOEFF fetches the coefficient of x ** (xorder - 1) * y ** (yorder - 1).
INDEF is returned if xorder and yorder are out of range.
