ARGUMENTS
.ls sf    
Pointer to the surface descriptor.

.ls xorder, yorder
The x and y order of the desired coefficient.

.ls coeff
The value of the coefficient to be set.

DESCRIPTION
GSSCOEFF sets the coefficient of x ** (xorder - 1) * y ** (yorder - 1).
GSSCOEFF returns if xorder and yorder are out of range.
