LIBVOTABLE (VOTable Parser) Interface.  See the INSTALL file for

*   votinfo             Print summary information about a VOTable document
    votcopy             Copy a VOTable to a different format              
    votlint             VOTable validator                                 

    (*) Existing application requiring mantenance work only.
