Spec update (#80)

* set cube-tools to 0.0.1 at the DA-2 release date

* partial cleanup of DA metapacakge addresses #78

Removed cube-tools and specview from distribution
and metapackage.

added specviz, photutils, glueviz, imexam to
metapackage recipe
