Pandoc improvements (#37)
* Tweak pandoc command and add a style sheet
* Only search for platform sub-string when valid
* Add get_pandoc_version
* Add version checking and set options accordingly
* Add support for globals.sysconfdir
* Add missing brace
* Remove options that are created dynamically
