Removed extraneous function 'getHeaderletObj' and replaced calls to that with direct calls to 'create_headerlet()'. Also, updated the logic for how to handle missing values for 'wcsname', 'wcskey' and 'hdrname' in 'create_headerlet()'.
Initial changes are also included for managing headerlet fit values, such as fit_ra and nmatch. This code still works when those values are not provided or found in the input image.
