Improvements:
* Add -s/--dump-style facilities (long, short, csv, dict)
* Records are stored using SOH, SOT, and EOT ASCII control codes to make parsing easier
* Weekly journal entries are read individually and formatted before being dumped
* Variable name cleanup: uweek -> user_week, and so on
* When writing to the journal succeeds but removing its temporary files fails, keep going
